As a point of interest EVERY aftermarket unit I've ever seen in Europe has the these colours except some Parrot kits.
You might want to add for certain units:
Light green for parking brake (Sat Nav)
Brown for radio mute Kenwood, possibly Clarion.
Pink/Black Mute for Alpine.
Pink/White + early mute on old (10 years ago) Alpine
Pink for reverse (back up lights) input (Sat Nav)
White on Kenwood VSS
