I am going to install remote starter on my Pontiac Vibe 2004 I found a wiring diagram here and manual at this web site, but still have some questions.
1. Should I connect wires H3/6-H3/9 to anything (Ignition 1 input, Ignition 2 flex output, Flex input, Accessory/starter input).
2. Should I wire remote to Tach wire or rely on "virtual tach" in the brain.
3.H1/11- parking light- polarity could be chosen with a fuse. Car has Parking light+ (driver kick), and - (head light switch). Does it matter which on I use (as far as polarity correct)?
4. Car has power lock/unlock and lock/unlock motor. What I have to use during the installation? What wire from the brain should I connect where? And how to use H2/6- second unlock output (the car unlocks driver's door after first click).
6. H1/2 (+12V) can I wire it to the white wire in the ignition harness or I have to get a new wire to the battery?

Any help and clarification is greatly appresuated.

I think I figured out wiring for H3 theminal. Pls correct me if I am wrong.
H3/1 pink     ign1
H3/2 RED / wt   +12 const
H3/3 org      acc
H3/4 vlt      starter (car side)
H3/5 grn      starter (key side)
H3/6 red      +12 const
H3/7 pnk/wt   ign2
H3/8 pnk/blk not used
H3/9 RED / blk +12 const

I still not quite sure about power lock/unlock wiring

and one more thing- should I use a relay to wire trank unlock output to hatch switch wire?

Correct on the harness wiring.

The power locks wires will only alternate whist turning the cylinder in the driver's door, you're looking for two wires that go to ground when the cylinder is switched between open and close.

The diagram says it's straight negative trigger at the trunk release switch if you have a light gauge wire then you can almost surely connect the alarm's output directly if you have a heavy gauge wire then you may need a relay.

Thanks a lot for your directions, nevertheless, may I ask for some more information.
1.The Python manual says that trank output (H1/1) is 200 mA, neg, so I need a relay, correct?
2.What is better- virtual tach or should I wire a tach wire?
3.For power lock/unlock- it is not quite clear in manual, may be you could provide more details here for me. In my understanding to lock door car requires DOUBLE negative pulse to Green wire in drivers kick panel. To unlock drivers door- 2 negative impulses to blue / YELLOW wire in drivers kick panel, if 2 more pulses come within 3 seconds it unlocks all locks. Is it correct?
Brain itself can be programmed to send double unlock pulse (option 4). What is not quite clear- how to change polarity of a pulse? In manual it says: Door unlock harness, 1. Blue (+)Lock, (-)Unlock 3.- opposite. How do I program right polarity output?
