It sounds like a Compustar system. You will need to look at the units brain for a model number. Probably somewhere under the drivers side dash. Something like CM3000 or CM4200. There should be an install guide in the "Downloads" section.

Turn the key to run then off 5 times as fast as you can.... the parking lights will flash... then push the lock button on the remote, if it programmed the parking lights will flash....
