2010 corolla, remote start troubleshoot

I have installed a bypass and remote start. when i first tried it, it turned on the electronics and attempted to turn on the car, but it wouldn't catch. now it wont work at all. afterward i realized i forgot to plug in the brake wire (i know....), and noticed that a fuse on one of the 12 volt cords for the remote start had burned out. If i replace the fuse and plug in the brake wire will it work? i find it hard to believe that the brake wire would cause an overload and burst a fuse. any ideas?

Be more detailed, what equipment are you using?

not having a brake wire hooked up would not cause an issue like that. like stated before you have to be more detailed in your responses.

It has blown a fuse because you've done something wrong. The circuit where the fuse has blown, what was it supposed to power?

I currently have a 40 bit key with a 2010 corolla S
The remote start is an RS160
The bypass module is XK05-PKT2

I have made a diagram of everything connected and what it is connected to

I have managed to get the RS160 to lock and unlock and attempt to start the car, it starts to crank but will not turn on. I can turn the car on with the key. The RS160's diagnostic gives me the problem "attempted to start 3 times but failed". I believe this is a result of bypass module not getting past security.

I am having visible problems with the XK05 bypass. I cannot seem to get it to "program". I have tried resetting it multiple times and different variations of the programing. turn the key to ign and the red light comes on, turn the car on and when the light goes out it is programed. the light never goes out. thus never programed

I have tried flipping the IMI pink wire to the opposite violet colors but same results.

I have a couple theories,
1) I have the ground from the bypass module connecting to the RS, should I just connect that to a chassis as well as the wire that one is connected to?
2) Perhaps I have the wrong IMI wire? I followed the directions of this link ( https://ftp.idatalink.com/Support/Pictures/corolla/corollaimi.html ) I connected it to the pink and light green wires behind the glove box on the passengers side

A few items:

You should diode isolate the RS160 (-) GWR signal because of its' 2 connections.
Without diode isolation the XK05 will come on whenever a key is placed in the
ignition.

Did the RS160 Tach Learn OK?  Try doing a "Manual Tach learn" with the engine
warm and in gear to get a slower RPM learn.

Did the XK05 progrm properly?  Try a Factory reset on the module and then
re-program, watching the LED for the correct reponse.

Do you have the XKLoader cable?  I think the XK05 with the 5.PTKI firmware
is much easier to install and progam (for 40 bit keys).  If you have the XKLoader, try it with
the 5.PKTI firmware and rewire the connections to the steering column.

Also one typo on the RS160 (+)Brake wire connection.  The diagram shows it going
to a connector marked "Keysense".

Lastly could you give the actual Ignition connector wire colors?

The RS160 is working great, no problems at all, the car wont turn on but i'm pretty sure that is a bypass problem. The manual learn worked well also.

The XK05 i cannot seem to get to program no matter what i try. the LED turns on when i turn the key to IGN, and it should go off after i turn the car on, it never does. i reset and try alternate ways of the same thing.

the XKloader is a box that i attach the bypass to, to connect to a PC? i have a spare D2D wire that attaches to the bypass but i do not have a loader. i see one for 35$ i may have to resort to this?
