I have installed a viper 5901 system on this car and has malfunctioned today and as a result the car does not start... The siren started going crazy, sounding like a police siren, but it did not change tones like it usually does. the lock/unlock buttons also do not work on the remote, and the remote start fails. when you put the keys in, the siren stops, only to start again when the keys are pulled out. disconnecting the viper should fix the problem of the car not starting but it does not. there is a chall2 module that is connected, but this should not randomly stop working and prevent the car from starting with the key right?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

it sounds like an almost dead battery in the Jeep.  Have you tried hooking up some jumper cables?  Alarms do strange things when the vehicle battery is low.
