i have 2003 chevy 2500HD w/ diesel. i got a skytec 2000rs. does the second ignition wire got to be hooked up? also does the wait to start need to be hook up? any help will be nice? thanks

Info from Bulldog Security : 
IGNITION 2     WHITE (+)   See NOTE *6           IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS 
NOTE *6 IMPORTANT !!!!! this wire MUST BE CONNECTED as IGNITION #2 for REMOTE STARTING!!!!!!

Not familiar with SkyTec 2000RS.  Does it have a (-) Wait to Start input?
Glow Plug    DARK BLUE  (-)     AT THE INST . CLUSTER      ( Info from AudioVox )
