2000 windstar remote start problem

i have ford 2000 windstar and i stalled a prostart ct-3471, ill check all wire color are correct, but its does'nt start when the ignition key are not in the igniton barrel, and heater fan, and park light is not working also! anybody to figure out this... thank's for your help merry x-mass!!

it doesn't start without the key in the barrel? hmm think about that one for a second....

actually i have also a 1999 dodge caravan and i stalled it. everything works fine! not on my ford windstar..

windstar uses multiplex (resistive) parking lights, there are mutiple ignitions and accessories, so power them all up as INDIVIDUAL circuits or else the heater wont run

as far as bypass, you will need 2 keys for programming. use anything from idatalink, fortin, or expresskits.

You can use the FLTBF or the 556U for the bypass...(Must give up a key for the 556u)...You have not properly wired the ignition harness to the r/s harness...Take the time and post your connections...! Do you have a DMM or just praying that it's right...? You will need to wire up relays to power the "extra" ignition and accessories wires...Look on on this site under relay's for that info...!
