One wire system, apply ground through a 250 ohm resistor to unlock.  Apply straight ground for lock.

FL-CAN module should have lock/unlock ability as well as provide tach signal

put in fl-can piece and got door locks and trunk to work but not tach . Is there a special way to get tach to work. parking lights just flash as if tach wasnt programed

Check the tach output from the FL-CAN with a high impedance test light (L.E.D. style) to see if its even working. You should see a flickering light that speeds up with acceleration.  I would clamp a Hi-impedence test light to constant power and test the FL-CAN output. If it works then theres something wrong with the tach Learn sequence.
