hello there...well i come to this guy...he install c3-rs-665 - 2w and cost me 450 dollar cash....i ask him for the installion manual and he don't give to me...can any 1 help me out...the guy told me that the installion manual is important and he can not give it to me...why ??...what is it so important...??..and he say he cut of one of my car key to do the car stater...is this true...??..

The installation manual should be kept by the "installer". The owner gets the "owners manual". Why do you need the installation manual if you didnt do the install? I dont understand your last question.
