a 2001 grand marquis. I know its not listed. I have been out of this for a couple years and used to use an xk04. Please let me know if this is a possibility.

an xk05 will not work on this car. you need a pkfm(replaced xk04) or a pkall

I know thats what is listed. The only reason I thought it might work is because the xk04 did up to a 2009 Grand Marquis which the xk05 covers as well. No big deal, I can pick up an PKFM in a couple days, was really wanting to knock this car out tonight.
