2007 Chevrolet Cobalt Remote Start Tips

Hi, I installed today a R/S on a Chevrolet Cobalt 2007 with a prostart. Car wont start rs because sequence of rs. ACC must be on before IGNITION. So it need two extra relays .

Comments: Use a straight negative trigger to lock. BCM is located in central console below climate control on the passenger side. Wire is located in the bottom connector.

Comments: To unlock, ground through 1500 ohms resistor. BCM is located in central console below climate control on the passenger side. Wire is located in the bottom connector.

Comments: To arm, trigger left front door switch while locking.

I put a transponder key on ignition barrel with two tayraps and all is done !

maybe most use parking light output (-) than ground out when runnig with prostart rs . I try it this or next week.
