I have 2 Responder LE Antenna in my extra parts box that will not work with any of my Viper 5701, 5301, or Clifford 1.3 and 3.3x units. I can interchange any of the other antenna I have on hand with all of my units I have and they will work perfectly. (8 different units)
There is a date stamp on the back of these two in question of Nov 24, 09, and a 9B. Anyone know if these are defective by design?
If I place these two antennas on a unit that is armed, the LED does flash, but these two antennas will not accept any commands from the remotes. I have done searches here for any info and a google search, but I have zero on finding anything.
Anyone heard of this? Defective? Mismatch on transmit/receive? Wrong antenna for the above units??
Don't need them, just wondering the reason why. Thanks and Happy New Year to All.
