Did you connect Keysense?

I have had to wire up keysense, like Kreg suggested, but also had to turn on unlock before start and lock after start.  If your using a blade style unit, then with the compustar its probably option 1-01.

the keysense should disarm it without unlocking.

It should, but it doesnt always.  I have personally had to do this on atleast three durangos this month.  The keysense will only keep the truck from rearming the alarm.
