Look on this site under vehicle wiring, frankly if you need help with that many wires, take it to a pro and pay to have them do it for you.

Check all your fuses AND your internal connections plugs etc. Looks like an instrument panel feed to me. Do these units work when vehicle is in park or neutral?
Smokeman 1 why are we bothering? He isn't listening.

Strange problem. Not sure if this will help but it is a place to check. Per your H3 harness connections: Did you use a DMM to locate and verify the ignition wires? On some cars, it is best to connect right at the ignition switch.

Pop the instrument channel and check all the plugs for their fittings all though I believe you've made a wiring mistake somewhere.

The ONLY time you should need a crimped connection is for either a relay or ring terminals on battery or grounds.
Never, ever t-tap, as a pro you would be canned from most professional organisations if you ever used them. Lousy electrical joints, fall apart with vibration and damp gets in causing corrosion. There's a whole thread on this topic in the general section.

Also I use a compound ratchet for crimping, pre-torqued and costs over $100. Anything less is a waste of time.
For solder joints use either shrink sleeving or Scotch 33+ tape. Again anything else will fall apart with time.

Did you wire in an external relay? ( Couldn't tell from your last post.) The Viper has a starter interrupt relay built in. You just connect the H3/4 and H3/5 wires to the correct sides of the cut vehicle starter wire.

First, that relay shown isn't needed it's the starter cut/anti-grind and it'salready there inside your unit.
Just cut the starter wire, key side to green and cut (starter side) to violet (purple). That relay shown is wired wrong and you have the green and violet the wrong way round.
On that diagram the wire marked from ignition, should be marked " from key side starter wire and should go to 87a. An ignition 1 wire (pink on the 5901) should go to 86, starter wire to 30.
