Has anyone had an issue with not being able to access the shock sensor adjustment on the 5901 remote? I’ve made sure the doors were closed and the system was disarmed (as described in the directions) and then when I press hold the “f” button to access the main menu the “Shock Sensor” options is not there. Does this sound like my remote needs a software update or am I missing something else?

I think you have to go into the system menu and it's a sub menu under that.

I figured out what the issue was this morning. A setting was incorrect on the remote. Under REMOTE SETUP-SYSTEM TYPE-RKE (Remote Start Only) was selected instead of SEC (Remote Start & Security). As soon as I selected SEC (Remote Start & Security) the SENSOR ADJUST option was now available on the main setup menu.
