I installed the Compustar 2way yesterday and today it alarm trigger itself and when I press unlock the alarm goes off but the door still unlock anyone know why?

when the alarm and the 2way remote is sounding off to an alarm trigger you have to wait a few moments to silence the alarm. if you keep pressing the unlock/dissarm button it will unlock the doors.

is the compustar alarm going off or the factory alarm is going off?
