ok so I installed my prostart in the civic and it went pretty well, knocked it out in 3 hrs and that was with soldering/shrink tubing all connections, now here is my questions I wired it up as per the info on thi site but my blower motor fan does not come on when I use the remote start so is there a way to have the blower motor come on with the remote start so that it can defrost my windows prior to me getting in the car?

ok I think I may have answered my own question off a civic site I am a member of, there is a yellow wire in the ign switch harness that controls the blower motor accessory wire so I am going to tie the accessory wire into that one to get the blower motor to work with the remote start.

you must power up all ignition, and acc wires and your blower mower will work.

Actually you only need to put the accesory wire for the remote start on the yellow wire instead of the WHITE/ back wire for the blower motor to work with the remote start, unless you want your stereo to come on with the remote start. I switched it from the WHITE/ black to the yellow and the blower motor works perfectly now with the remote start.
