some cars dont use 12v high amp so you have to go to the battery for the remote starter power, in some cases some cars use only 10amp 12 v for the power wire in this case can i remove the original fuses from the remote starter and use one 5amp just to get a little lower of the original of the car?

It really depends on the draw of the system you are installing. However, with the DEI systems I use, I do exactly what you are asking. I remove the included 30 amp fuses and replace them with what the vehicle's ignition wires are rated at. Because the DEI systems I use do not have a separate fuse for parking light input I use negative parking lights to ensure the system draw is minimal.

As long as it is enough to control the ignition of the car. I never go under the hood for power tho. If i can't get it from the switch i may use power from the BCM...

And to add to Mike's comment, if in doubt go to the battery other wise a good candidate is usually the main constant (from battery) power supply to the fuse box.
