i had an avital 5303 2-way alarm/rs installed in my 05 nissan murano with i-key, they used an expresskit since i only had one key, they also installed a tilt sensor and hooked the horn to sound when the alarm goes off. istall was very clean, i paid 480 dollars out the door. Was this a good price? thanks.

Hey if you have no issues, and you're satisfied past a reasonable extent then yes that's a fair price, that question can open up a whole long thread as installers on this site will have diferent views as to what's fair, it all depends on how capable an installer is and how much he values his skills.

Can't make any comparisons from this end, the product itself costs twice as much in Europe and labour rates are higher, also the by-pass/data read for that vehicle would have a hefty price tag.

Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.
Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.
