I have a 2004 Nissan Maxima. I purchased the Viper 5301 remote start. I am also using the DB-ALL (by Xpresskit) immobilizer bypass. I have reprogrammed the bypass with the Nissan firmware.
I have all my wires from my car ready to be spliced into. I have the wires that i need noted and tagged. I know that the unlock and lock work from the viper remote. I have D2D connected between the viper and the bypass. i programmed the bypass with my key already.
I need to know what wires i need to connect between the viper and the car(minimal) to have the car start. I do have all the harness' coding for the viper so please be specific .
Thank you in advance

Look on the vehicle wiring section, it's all there.

Minimal for the car to start are
power and ground (red and black) on the h1 harness
BLACK/ white neutral safety to ground
all reds on the heavy gauge harness to a proper 12volt source, pink to ignition, pink/white to second starter programmed accordingly and purple to the primary starter wire.
Plug in toggle switch
antenna plugged in.
program to voltage and off you start.

Thank you t&t tech for your response; here's another
I have hooked up my starter yesterday before you posted. I have a minor change. I hooked up the pink/white wire to ACCESSORY /HEATER BLOWER 1 and ACCESSORY /HEATER BLOWER 2. The car does start this way as well.
Should I rewire that wire to 2nd starter as you stated? what could happen if i do not? Also I have wired the purple wire to both starter 1 and starter 2.
Thank

Dangerous, wire purple to starter 1, branch off purple wires as follows through a relay.
Purple branch to 86
Ground to 85
Constant 12v+ via 30amp fuse to 87, 30 to second starter wire.

Connect the pink white to the second starter and program it accordingly and connect the orange accessory wire to the second ignition so the a/c will be powered during remote start. You won't need to complicate things with a relay this way, What happens when you try to remote start?
