Here it is...
It is installed in a Durango and the unlock button is bad. Who knows who makes it, where i can get one and how to program it???

I ordered one of those for a car that was done somewhere else...and the guy never came to get it when it came in (not to mention didn't pay me for it). I am thinking it was Micro? I could be wrong...I just remembered by looking at it that I had one in the garage...
