What would it take to put a keyless entry setup in a 95 Grand Cherokee? It has no factory keyless. Is it a just straight install, no big problems?

Nothing at all. If the KE has alternating polarity circuit, then you don't even need relays. If the KE only has (-) output then you will need two relays to reverse the polarity. The Jeeps didn't come out with the dreaded multiplex systems until 1996 .
