I just recently put an advantguard 5.1 with intellistart into 2004 ford f-250 powerstroke diesel. The issue I am having is that the truck starts and cranks fine when the alarm is disarmed. But when the alarm is armed the autostart triggers the alarm and it would shut itself off. Any ideas what this could mean? I checked all the connections and everything is fine. Also all the triggers are working correctly too.

Is there an ignition 2 you've wired up?

Sorry, wrong answer, is there a yellow ignition stand-off on this alarm, the UK version is different.
