i need bypass the factory alarm in neon 1998 for battery problem my remote control notnore work, very thanks !!

The 98 Neon did not come with a factory alarm. If you have an aftermarket system, take the panel down under the driver's side dash, trace back all tapped in wires, remove them. Restore any cut wires, and insulate everything you remove wires from.
