is the headlight switch in the autolamps setting?  Is there a rearm wire you can pulse the door trigger with?

hi! there is a autolight switch. when i put the headlight switch to off position, the headlight will not on after shutting down the car using the remote but the radio still on, it will only turn off if i close the door manually.

rearm wire? you mean the rearmwire of the car?

I mean the rearm wire of the remote starter to pulse the door trigger of the vehicle.   You didn't list what brand of remote starter you're using.   I've done this in a few cars and worked out just fine.   You didn't list what bypass you are using either and sometimes if it is a data type, it will do rap shutdown.

on the computstar it looks like on connector 5 there is an ORANGE / white wire labeled as rearm output.   You have 2 choices on that vehicle.  Bulldog lists using the dome supervision wire for door trigger but it lists it as in the rear quarter of the vehicle at the rim  module.   You could also run a  wire into the door to the driver door module and catch the driver door trigger there.   Either way it is - polarity and your rearm output just happens to be - as well.   I know going into the door in a cts is actually not too bad.  I never did an srx so I cannot vouch but those vehicles are similiar.

Use any programmable output, or rearm wire to "pulse after" on a door pin wire.
