i was wondering if it was possible to run a wire from the positive of my battery to the 12v constant of the 530t and 529t...i have both modules installed i used the 529t for sunroof and 530t for windows...another question i had was is this okay to do?...safe without breaking anything?...will it kill my battery faster?...for some reason the white wire on my car which is suppose to be the constant 12v has no charge which is kinda awkward and why i suggested running a wire from the battery...could it be that that white wire comes from the battery anyways?....also about the dipswitches which one do i put to on to make the windows go up faster?

i drive a 94 acura integra...the alarm i have is a compustar 1WG2-AM

if anybody can help me answer these questions that would be so awesome posted_image

Yes you can run a wire from the battery. make sure to fuse it.

Run a wire for each with the relevant fuses at the battery end.
That white wire assuming its the ignition feed, look for a 50 amp factory fuse in the engine bay fuse box.

Incidentally on a 94 Integra, if there are two gold relays high up on a kick panel and the switch goes to ground (when the ignition is on) to open or close the roof, simply make the relays constant live (there's an ignition trigger, GREEN/ YELLOW if I remember, make that live then you only have to ground the switch to open or close the roof, no 529t required.

Sorry don't do diagrams!
Find the two gold relays, pull a plug and then see if the roof opens and closes if it only opens you have the right relay.
Find the lead (thin) that goes live on ignition, make that constant.
The roof will now close without the ignition being on.
There should also be a thin black wire going to that relay.
Grounding that wire will close the roof from either the tilt or slide position.
Don't touch the dip switches if it works, it certainly won't make your windows close faster that's a job for silicon spray if they are sticky.

i just have one more question...what im trying to figure out is that the last time i installed a window module i had an autopage car alarm and i wired it up to a channel to open the windows and those put out -500ma or something like that...now the system i have in my car now is a compustar 1WG2-AM its a very weird and confusing alarm to set up...haha...i looked on the back of the brain and all i see is a bunch of -250ma...will that be enough to trigger the windows to go up?

Yes; anything over 120ma is good enough.
Think brassy or bronze coloured and they will be mounted together.
