Carvox 2300C installed in 94 Honda Civic. The alarm operates normally until the engine is started. As soon as engine is running, the alarm box (parking light flash relay) begins clicking and the parking lights continue to flash. This only stops by turning the engine off and disarming the alarm, or by arming the alarm with the engine running. Even with the alarm disarmed, the parking lights begin flashing immediately after the engine is started.
Any ideas?

Probably supposed to, check the owner's manual, you can probably either remove them or have them on constantly during R/S.

This happens when starting the vehicle with the key with the alarm disarmed.
