I hope I explain this correctly.

I have a spare 2 way remote that I used on my car. I live with my brother and he lost his 2 way. So I gave him mine. I paired the remote to his alarm and it works, but now it unlocks both vehicles.

Is there a way to have it "forget" my car and only work on his?

Go into YOUR car's programming, go to the section "erase remotes" then reprogram yours.
