Does anyone know anything about the power locks? They don't unlock, but they do lock.
Both door switches are like this. Nothing happens when I hit unlock. No clicking, grinding, shuttering, no sounds at all. But, When you hit lock, all 4 doors lock perfectly. The autolock thingy also works on all the doors. & I can't get the keyless remote to program. Also, the key in driver's door only opens that door, when you turn it a second time it is suppose to unlock all the doors, but it doesn't.

I have a 2003 Ford Focus SE4 Comfort 2.0L SPI 5 Speed with sunroof and the basic alarm system Ford puts in. I think it's called SecuriLock.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Relay fault in the GEM box.

You will have to change the whole box.

OK, I have found that. It's sitting on the ECU. I took the glove box out, removed the kick panel & there it is. Doesn't look too hard to remove.

So your saying remove this & replace with a new one? Is it just plug and play type thing?

Yes. One assume it's the actual relay but you have loads of relays in there, lock, unlock, deadlock, priority unlock if there, indicators, dome light timer, hazards, wash/wipe front and rear (Euro Hatch)shutdown (sleep) timer, comfort close etc. etc. plus it's all surface mount. Good luck if you find a simple track break.
Also check ALL of your fuses, engine bay and inside with a meter set to continuity.

All fuses check out.
Now that I think about it, That GEM is in a spot near a leak I have. It's where the cabin air comes in, right behind the glove box.
This GEM thing seems to be the culprit. Where can I get a new one?

Disconnect the battery, the circuit board will pull out (carefully) see if there's any corrosion, wipe with methylated spirits, might help.
Since all the connectors correctly face downwards and the top half is sealed, I doubt if it's that though.
