Your truck has the Passlock2 immobilizer system.  Your will need to bypass this to enable a remote start.  Did you purchase / install a bypass module ( or use the relays / resistor method) ?

The door locks on a 4 door should be Type A (+).  I am not familiar with the CA 1151 and don't know if it can directly connect to this type of lock system.  The best way to control the locks is thru a DEI 451M Door Lock module.  They are available "online" for under $10.  The 451M Install Guide is posted in the Downloads section.

Bulldog lists the All Door trigger as :
DOOR TRIGGER       PURPLE (-)       @ HEADLIGHT SWITCH
Locate and verify this  wire with a DMM and then connect it to the CA 1151 (-) Door Trigger Input wire.

The CA 1151 has onboard relays that need to be wired to support Type A (+) locks.   Follow the install guide for 3 wire Positive switched locks.

From the CA 1151 Install guide:

3 Wire Positive Switched Door Locks:

Connect the GREEN/ BLACK wire to the wire that provides a +12 volt signal from the factory door lock switch to the factory door lock control relay.  (LOCK Signal (+))

Connect the BLUE/BLACK wire to the wire that provides a +12 volt signal from the factory door unlock switch to the factory door lock control relay.  (UNLOCK signal (+))

Connect the VIOLET and the VIOLET/BLACK wires to a +12 volt battery source. (+12V Constant in the car)

The WHITE/ BLACK and BROWN / BLACK wires are not required for this type of door lock/unlock system.
