I want to do a remote starter in a Dodge Ram 2500 and i was going to install a DB-All for the bypass part and a Prestige ASP620N and i noticed for the paper work for the diesel bulb wire there is nothing and it says i have to use Direct Fax number 1091 which shows another bypass called a 528T and not really sure how it works before i do the install cause this is the first Diesel ive done so if anyone know how to wire this car up with the wait to start and if i really do need the 528T let me know... Thanks in advance

I am not a prestige dealer so I dont know about them, BUT most remote starts have a wait to start wire that would connect to the wait to start light.

OR it might have a wait to start timer in the RS programming.  Set it to 30 or 60 seconds depending on how long the cold diesel takes to get ready to start. Otherwise it is just like any other remote start install.   NOTE use tach mode, because voltage sense mode might cause problems in a diesel install because of the 2 batteries.

Prestige does have a programmable delay.  I think the choices are 10, 15 and 20 seconds.

Yep, no need to connect anything. Simply program diesel delay....

Use the diesel timer and use the tach output of the DBALL and you'll be fine.
