I have a viper 5900 in a 94 Toyota pickup. I had the battery unhooked for a couple days. Now the remote will not communicate. It just gives 3 beeps coming from the remote after you press a button . I tried to reprogram the remote via the manuals instructions but no luck. If anyone can help I would be very grateful!

disconnect the 2 harnesses that have +12V constant from the brain and plug them back in. That should solve your issue. If not check your fuses.

Okay I will try that. I'm pretty sure the fuses are good because the door locks still work when I turn the key off and on?

Try unplugging the antenna, and plugging it back in.  I have that happen to a few customers and it fixed the problem.  I doubt it's a transmitter problem if it worked fine until that.

BE CAREFUL unplugging the antenna, the connector can be pretty tight, and you can pull one of the wires out if you;re not careful.
