Hello guys,
I have just installed a Compustar CM6000 with an ADS Blade AL, Drone Mobile, DEI Motion, Tilt and Glass Break Sensor.
The escalade has power folding mirrors that fold/unfold by placing the mirrors button to center and holding left or right for about 2 seconds to fold and unfold. The mirrors can fold without the key in the igniiton.
I want to fold/unfold the mirrors on arm/disarm from the alarm.
The compustar has negative 250ma lock/unlock wires which are not in use courtesy of the ADS Blade AL. These wires can have the polarity switched if necessary.
After reading the forum, it seems that i can cut the motor switch and use a pair of DEI 528's. I just wanted to make sure my thoughts were valid.
I have attached the wiring diagram for the Door Control Module and the Outside Mirror.

Test at the switch and see what the wires do when you fold and retract, does a wire go to ground are are there one of each, yellow and light blue? They should be ground at rest and go to 12V+ on switching either direction. If so wire as follows, set the timer on each 528t for 1 second over the opening or retract time
assuming neg pulse lock and unlock wires, wire as follows:
lock to BLACK/ white of 528
cut vehicle light blue, switch side to orange, mirror side to yellow
brown and red to 12V+ constant fused (share with other 528t at 5amps)
black to ground
unlock to BLACK/ white
cut vehicle yellow, switch side to orange, mirror side to yellow
brown and red to above
black to ground

Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.
I have owned an 03 escalade for 4 years now and have only now realized that I also have power folding mirrors, now I HAVE to wire them to my system lol.

I am fairly sure that there is a yellow and a blue one is open and one is close and both should be negative trigger if I recall correctly. no need to wire to the motors. I think I pulsed them .5 sec neg but it has been a while.
