Hey guys,
I bought a viper 350 plus for my 2000 Toyota celica. I am trying to figure out if I will need a relay for my power locks. I have a friends who is going to install it and just want to make sure I have all the parts he will need. If so, anywhere locally you can buy them? Thanks

Relay not required, low current neg triggering for the locks, only done Euro versions but you can pick up at the centre console switch. On Euro versions there's a white plug going to the factory alarm to the right of the centre console electrics and fuse box behind the radio and heater controls, it's got door triggers, power, ground, ignition,indicators and locks, just remove the factory alarm if present and hardwire everything in, all needed connections except starter cut.

It seems every wiring diagram has different colored wires. Do you know the proper ones for installing all in the BCM? I assume that is what you were talking about.

No because there was a white plug to the side either vacant or with the factory alarm attached. Does your model have a lock button in the centre armrest behind the gear shift?

DEI lists brown and yellow/black, lock/unlock both neg pulse and remove radio to access BCM as I already suggested.

Thanks, yes it does have the lock and unlock. Could we attach wires from the actual lock and unlock switch?

Hey,
Ok I got everything working except for the relay that does the kill switch it's the three wires from the relay. Could someone tell me where the green, black, and yellow wires go?

I tested alarm before trying to attach these wires. It worked flawless. After attaching wires like the diagram said... Nothing no longer worked. I used the white power 12v. Power cord for the brain. Should the yellow cord from the relay go to the other 12v wire?

This is getting silly, have you actually read the alarm instructions?
It quite clearly states green to key side and black to starter side.
Yellow is an ignition input. Goes to a wire in your ignition switch loom that goes to 12V+ on turning your key to ignition and start positions.
The starter wire only goes to 12V+ on turning to the start. Cut this, key side to green and starter motor side to black. If your vehicle has the factory transponder immobiliser you won't need any of that any way, just connect the yellow wire to ignition that's mandatory for various reasons. Sorry for my silliness!! That relay diagram is exactly what I needed. All is well and alarm is working as intended. Thanks for all the help.
