1996 Ford F-150 5.0

Have an ultra stater installed and everything works great besides one thing.

When under remote starting the A/C does not run, the fan blows but the compressor is not engaged. As soon as you put the key in and turn it over, it then turns on and runs like it should.

I am looking at the wiring diagram and it has gray / YELLOW for the accessory and blue/green for heat and A/C...

Thing is the heat works just fine under remote starting, its just the A/C that is not engaging. And with what the wiring diagram is telling me is that they use the same wire, so if heat works the A/C should too...

I'm going to look at it in a day here to verify all wires but I am not sure if I am missing something...or if someone else has different diagram with another wire color listed?

Thanks guys!

Did you power both of the ignition wires listed below?

posted_image Battery YELLOW (+) IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS

The heat does not need to power the AC compressor.  The statement "If the heat works, the AC should too" is not true.

Ah, Learn something everyday.....I went out testing wires and it was the GREEN/ back wire for the A/C that I had missed to hook up. Now everything is running like it should!

Thanks for the help!
