Just recently purchased a python 1401 and I am having problems with the relays that must be installed for the door locks. any help would be greatly appreciated. Wiring diagrams would solve my problem.

Another way is with a "Door Lock Module".  Here is a link to the offerings from DEI :  https://www.xpresskit.com/VehicleCompatibility.aspx?p=null&year=2006&make=Toyota&model=Sequoia&ps=3&s=0     Slightly more expensive but faster...

Get power for the relay from the blue/white on the door switch module. That leaves just two wires to run thru the jamb boot...
