Under driver's dash.

Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.
Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.

There are relays. There is not BCM around there.

Yes , I got the same information from DEI. From DEI's pictures, it shows BCM underdash. But actual car doesnt like that.
Here are the pictures I took from this car.

DEI says BCM is here.

Earlier Passats had the BCM and factory alarm under the carpet in front of the driver's seat.

Yes, there is a vehicle electronic system control module under carpet. But it doesn't have those plugs on DEI's manual.
I found the CANBUS H/L. I couldn't find G plug on that module. But programming for DBALL was successful just by CANBUS H/L

But problem is that DBALL only detects inputs such as door trigger, trunk trigger. It couldn't lock/unlock/release trunk.

Also I could find ig plug like DEI's manual says.

Not having worked on one I take your point, I'm just sorry I couldn't help you more.
In truth I try to avoid doing ANY German car after about 04.

I don't know if this helps but the Euro Polo and transporter have a module UNDER the relay box with all four (separate) door triggers, trunk and hood triggers, trunk release and in our case indicators (you only use sidelights in North America, everywhere else the amber lights are direction indicators).
PM me with your email address and I'll send you a photo. It unclips and slides out from under the relay centre, under dash, driver's side, at least that's the case with r/hand drive cars.
