I have a 2000 Tundra that when I arm the security system the parking lights flash twice, but then stay on until I start the engine. Disarm will not turn them off, nor turning the key on. The engine has to be started.
Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks

Do you have a factory or aftermarket alarm?

Thanks for the response. It is the factory RS3000 system. I suspect a relay, but cannot find a wiring diagram, or installation instructions anywhere. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
