Hey guys,

I just got shipped a Viper 5902. But when I shake it, it sounds like there is a loose piece in there (something dangling inside). Is this expected?

Thanks

If you open up the cover in the middle of the unit, you might find a 10amp mini fuse that is used for parking light polarity. That's my guess.

I haven't gotten my 5902 yet, but it may be the internal shock sensor?

Funny that always used to happen with Rattler alarms.
