I have the wiring diagram for 99-04 Ford Mustang and the wiring diagram for the Viper 3203. Have anyone done this job before and can give step by step for this model and car?

I'm sure someone might help you but the very expression "step by step" is a red flag! The assumed answer to that phrase would be have it installed professionally.
