Hi all, I am having an issue with the keyless entry side of this install. I have the remote start working, but the door lock/unlock is not working. When I press either button on the remote, the parking lights flash, horn chirps, and the viper module clicks. The doors do not lock or unlock. I have the blue and green wires from the GMDLBP connected to the corresponding wires in the 3 pin connector of the Viper module. This is my first install of this type and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

BTW, my factory fob still works at locking and unlocking. I'm just having the issue with the viper remotes.

Did you set the GMDLBP to Platform 4? The factory default is Platform 1. See the lower part of Page 3 ( right side ) of the install guide for instructions.
------------- Soldering is fun!

I just tried that with the same results. No luck. I reset the module and reprogrammed to platform 4. I still get all the same signals, just no lock or unlock.

What happens if you pulse the lock and unlock wires right to ground in the vehicle? Does it work then?
