Have you checked the Inertia fuel cut off switch located in the trunk?    If you disconnected the battery there is a chance reconnecting the battery triggered the switch.  Drivers side just under the front edge of the trunk lid.

Ok so if it was triggered how do I reset it or how can I bypass that switch to cancel it and not have this problem any more if that's the reason its not starting?

What happens when you try to start it? Does it crank over and just wont fire up? Or does nothing happen at all when you turn the key? Does the dash light up like normal when you turn the key?

The purpose of the inertia switch is to kill power to the fuel pump if the car is involved in an impact.  If it were MY car, that is one of the safety features I would not defeat.  It is an easily resettable switch.  There is a push button on the top of the box in which it is located.  I am getting conflicting information as to it's location in THAT particular vehicle.  I am pretty sure it is just where I stated earlier.  Open the trunk, now stand on the driver's side right at the front of the trunk opening.  Mounted somewhere at the top of the quarter panel.  Or maybe under the rear deck.  You may have to move the carpet out of the way.

your signature is SO fitting for your current issue.
