HI, I have a Mercedes 190e and my alarm is a prestige Platinium APS785 and the problem is that when i try to star the car with the remote star, at the first try the car crank but it does not star but at the second try the car Star perfectly, I coneect the tach wire, everything . What could be the problem/

YOUR TACH ON THE UNIT IS SET TO LOW RESET THE TACH SO YOU CAN GET A LONGER CRANK TIME.

read the programming section of the installation manual . Most systems have a fine tuning programming for their automatic tach option.
