I have a Bulldog RS-102 remote starter and I would like to hook it into my 1998 Chevy Lumina rear window defroster to trigger it when I start my car. The Haynes manual says the wire is LT. GRN/BLK for the defroster. Would I hook it into a relay and trigger it neg or poss and how would I get it to turn on at the same time as the car starts without hitting a different switch on the remote?

Use a meter to determine if the wire goes positive, or to ground when the defrost is on.  If the alarm has a GWR output, use that wire to trigger a relay to turn on the defroster.  This will turn the defrost on everytime you remote start the vehicle.
