Anybody have this issue with the status led on the control center being solid on no matter what? Begining to think there is something wrong with the control center.

I have no idea if the Viper units do this as well, but some units use this to tell you that the alarm is in Valet Mode.

Agreed, check your owner's manual.

The old ones were open door, press lock/unlock/lock on the remote.....

Try pressing the F button twice and then press the UNLOCK button.  As Mr Idiot stated, it is probably in Valet Mode.

Well just tried it on the lcd 2 way paging remote. It had the lock colored in and the blanked out to just an outline when I switched it over saying it was in valet everytime you unlock or lock. So it definitely was not in valet, I had tried this before via the control center button to make sure it wasn't in valet.
