I want to wire a relay up to disable the starter on my truck while it is under remote start. My remote starter has an acc 2 output wire with a 200ma ground output that im not using. So im thinking i could use that to do this. but im not sure how to wire it up. could someone help me out with this? a diagram or something would be great. Thanks.

What kind of car ? What kind of remote start ? If there is a status output on the system you can use that

Pin 85 to status output
Pin 86 to fused 12 volts
Pin 30 to one side of cut starter wire
Pin 87a to other side of cut wire

You need to put your starter output on the side you cut towards the car
