There's no easy answer here?
In no particular order here are some things to think about:-
Did you try a hotwire, i.e. test before actual install.
Is it a manual? Have you entered manual start reservation before arming the car?
Is there a clutch switch? Have you by-passed it.
The important vehicle wires are:-
White 12v+ constant.
Black yellow ign.
BLACK/ white starter.
Also a BLACK/ white and I believe yellow which are both ACC and not germane to actually starting the car.
All the above are on the ignition switch loom.
Have you powered up both reds and the RED / white and RED / black?
Have you tested for voltage at the unit? (i.e. your fuses and connections).

Could you post what wires from the Viper Unit you have connected to what wires on your car?  Are the wires soldered or scotchlocked?

It's an automatic . I read somewhere on Honda tech forums I was supposed to jumper the red h3/2, h3/6, h3/9 together so that's what I did. I didn't test remote start just alarm before install. I have pink h3/1 to BLACK / YELLOW H3/3 orange to WHITE/ black H3/7 pink/white to yellow, pink/black is not connected. I have connected the tach wire and taught it to learn the signal. so I'm checking the fuses and power now. Ps I connected the RED / black Parking lamp wire with a relay it works but when the chime goes on like my lights are on whenever the alarm sounds orlight flashes. Any ideas?

Have you paid any though to the BLACK/ white starter wire, also get rid of the butt connectors and solder.
The only way to crimp is with a proper (at least $70) compound crimping tool and the only two crimps are for relays and ring terminals.

Start with a DMM to test and verify the wires on your cars ignition harness.  H3/2, H3/6, H3/9, & H1/2 are connected to a constant 12 Volt source.  White on your ignition harness, (TEST AND VERIFY).

H3/1 to BLACK / YELLOW,

H3/3 to Yellow,

The BLACK/ White wire should be your starter wire,(test and verify with a DMM),  H3/4 to BLACK/ White car side of wire,  H3/5 to Key Side of Black Wire,

H3/7 to WHITE/ Black. Viper factory default is Ignition 2for this wire and must be changed to Accessory 2.

Bulldog security wiring: https://www.bulldogsecurity.com/bdnew/vehiclewiringdiagrams.asp

All wiring charts are guides and may be different from your vehicle, hence the need to test and verify all wires before making connections.

Get rid of the butt connectors and solder the connections then use a good quality tape (Scothc33+).

Download the 5901 install manual from this site.  Also the viper 5701 install manual has a section on finding and test for the wires you need.

This is the one I use. Works real good on the heavy gauge wires.  If you don't have a DMM, get one.  Better to know for sure, than guess.
