Tach, thin black pin 9 to OBD ll (data connector) or plug at rear of instrument panel.
By-pass, if key in box type, e.g. 556U ONLY use the grey valet key and wire it Euro style without the loop.
Vehicle ACC purple (violet) needs to be wired as 2nd. ignition, don't connect the unit's ACC output.

I did everything that you listed above.
Do I need to hook up the H11 Programmable Relay? If so, where does it go?
Does the H3 Programmable Outputs need to be hooked up or not?
The 'yellow' Pulse Start Input where do I hook that up to?

I haven't a clue since I only know the car not the R/S. If you did what I suggested and it still doesn't work check your wiring.
Programmable outputs, only a timed, 10 secs. or 15 with electric roof linked to your lock wire to activate on arming to close your windows and roof (where applicable).

Astrostart 613 this is how i hooked up the wires.
red input to 12 volt ignition
RED / black input to 12 volt ignition
orange output to green ignition
yellow output to pink accessory
green output to tail light
BLACK/ grn to tachometer
blue start output to start
green output when running

transponder 556U (key inside the box)
red to 12 volt
black to ground
blue to remote start green when running

Is this wiring correct? The LED keeps blinking error 14. Why can't I program level 1 and level 2? Can anybody help me with this problem? Thanks

What are the Astrostart colours for, in particular the yellow output.
Incidentally the vehicle's ACC isn't pink it's purple or violet, also please give me the vehicle colours you wired to.

OK while I'm waiting for the Astrostart colours let me say something.
The mods keep on downgrading me for flaming people but I have to say this.
You haven't done what I asked you to do in my first post, although in your second you said you had.
What have you done wrong? The clue is in the yellow wire.

Prior to the initial post I have already set up the 556U. Sorry I was seeing purple but wrote down pink.

Astrostart 613 wire colours:
red -12 volt input
RED / black -12 volt input
orange -ignition output
yellow -acc output
blue -start output

Vehicle wiring from key:
red-constant 12 volt
green -ignition 2
purple-acc
BLACK / YELLOW-starter wire

And this is how I hooked up the wires:
(astrostart) red & RED / black wired to (vehicle) red
(astrostart) orange wired to (vehicle) green
(astrostart) yellow wire is not hooked up yet to (vehicle) purple
(astrostart) blue wired to (vehicle) BLACK / YELLOW
Astrostart small yellow wire pulse input (-) wired to trigger behind the glove box 12 pin plug

AUX output (-) not hooked up
Astrostart white wire for programming relay is not hooked up 'cuz I don't know where to wire it to. I have the programming manual but still cannot program the starter. The LED keeps blinking error code 14. All the Astrostart wires for power lock/unlock is all working.

Astrostart yellow don't hook up.
What is the small yellow for, how does Astrostart label it?
Is there a second ignition on the Astrostart?
If there is wire to the vehicle purple.
If not, do the following.
Astro Green wire (GWR) that goes to by-pass, divide into a "Y" shape with 1N4004 diode on each leg, bands towards the Astro.
Original leg to by-pass, new leg to relay 85.
Astro Orange, take a feed from that to relay 86.
30amp fused from vehicle red at ignition to relay 87.
Relay 30 to vehicle purple.
Where are you Kar Tune Man, he knows Astrostart inside out, I know the vehicle.
