Hello, I need to do a remote start on a 2011 subauru legacy. I was wondering what the best immobilizer bypass to use is ? I usually use fortin for all bypasses, but they require me to go to the dealer to have the bypass programmed. I would rather not go to the dealer to have them do this. 1)I dont trust them, and 2) they would probably rape the customer. Are there any bypasses out there that doesnt require this ? Any help is appreciated.

Not much for Subies.

I believe the only non-"key in the box" or "Dealer Scan Tool" required bypass option is the Klon process from iDatalink.  It requires the use of an ADS-AL CA module and a multi-step process to program.  However, you must be an authorized / registered iDatalink dealer.  Here is a link for more info :  https://www.idatalink.com/klon

the idatalink is the only option, try to find a dealer that will flash it for you, thats your only choice. the other option is to buy the ads module, the ADS-USB and flash it yourself.
