Hi,

I have a Viper 5902 and have the 516l Voice module. Since the shock sensor is built in to the 5902 brain, I don't see a 1st and 2nd stage output wire for the sensor so that I can connect it to the warn away input on the 516l Module. Is there a way to wire it so instead of the warn away chirps, it would go to the warn-away input to the voice module? Or do I need a separate shock sensor to make this work?

Thank you in advance for your response.

Separate shock, by the way the 516 is a kludge, is it really worth trying to install it?
You'd be better off just adding a 508d, simpler and more reliable.

Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.
Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.

I figured that a separate sensor is the only way. Looks like the 508 it is. It would be useless to add another shock sensor.

I agree that the 516 is a kludge. I was disapointed when i read the install manual but I already ordered it. So I installed it anyway.

Thanks for your inputs Howie II
